just desserts

A burglar made his stealthy evil way through the dark of night
To seek his hapless prey a frail old helpless widow
Was just about his capability some one quite defenceless
Or with a disability, with sack in hand and torch to find the loot
He wore a hat to hide that he was balder than a coot
In the house he entered though the kitchen window pane
The widow minds the rotweiler for her sister whose in spain
He caught sight of the widow munching her cream crackers
When all at once the rotweiler sunk his teeth into his knackers
Now what they must have tasted like I don’t know to this day
The rotweiler just swallowed them was sick and ran away.
