Hate

Hate is a feeling that makes you unkind,
it drives all the love from out of your mind.
Your object of hate can never do right,
then hate can put your judgement to flight.

When hate pervades your heart and soul,
justifying the hatred becomes your goal.
Your ego supports you up to the hilt,
oh what an awesome case you’ve built.

At this point just call a halt,
and jettison your mister Fault.
Then compile yourself a little list,
of good points that Fault has missed.

Count YOUR faults you’ve got a few,
your good point you already knew.
Have a think then in the end,
go and see your new found friend.
